It looks like the number one place for the largest 3D TV has found a new member as the 200-inch 3D HDTV prototype was unveiled earlier by NICT and JVC Kenwood. Not only does the enormous television have 3D capabilities, it also allows its viewers to watch the three dimensional content without the aid of a 3D glass, thanks to its 57 different viewing angles. Cited as a display of the amount of progress that stereoscopic 3D technology has made so far, the 200-incher sports a Full-HD resolution at the moment (Ultra Hugh Definition might have been expected). The 57 different viewing angles are achieved by the 57 projectors that display an image with a maximum of 13 degree viewing angle. One can imagine the enormity of the 3D images when all the 57 projectors work at the same time to display a picture that stretches for 200-inches!
